Freeze column in Table View

Featured Replies

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone knows a way to make Table view behave a little like excel.

For instance... my first column has item numbers.

It would be helpful if I could freeze that column on the screen, so that as I scroll to the right, the item #'s are still visible.

Anyone know of a way to do this?

i don't think its possible, maybe make a new window and put them side by side

A tab control could do something like that (in List view, of course).

It would be helpful if I could freeze that column on the screen...

Experiment with Modify Table View

1) Push the Modify... button ( and leave the window opened )

2) Drag the field that you want to see to the second place of the list

now, the first column is ( like ) freezed and the second column shows the values you wished to see.
