Hi if i double click the install icon the installer comes up in the dock then goes away. Can any one help with my upgrade from v9 of server. (Mac OSX server 10.5.7)? thanks

reset safari and now the installer is working.

Now I need to uninstall v9 - Not sure where the v9 disk is so I have deleted the filemaker folder and the filemake lauch daemon but still thinks is installed. Any ideas? thanks

You really do need the uninstaller. Check the 10 install disk to see if it has one for 9.

Also, be sure that all parts of Server 9 are completed stopped before attempting this.
