Remote user not loading entire layouts.

I have a database with a single remote user who has been logging in regularly for years.

When she logs in now, the layouts don't fully load. For example, a menu page of buttons only loads about half the buttons.

Thought it was a connection speed problem, but she downloads at 3000K, and my server uploads at 400K. Server & client are both PC's on FM 9. I can login remotely just fine with my Mac. Of course, "nothing has changed" on her end, and "everything else works!" ;-)

Her husband it an IT guy, has not been able to solve it, but he is saavy and easy to work with.

Any ideas?

Perhaps they could benefit from a reinstall?

If this is corrrectly stated, this is way below minimums for WAN access.
