Omitting Empty Container from Found Set

Anyone know if it is possible to perform a "Constrain Found Set" to omit a image containers that are empty?

I can't seem to figure it out.. and I read that you can't do searches based on Containers... is that true?

Create a calc of:

IsEmpty ( container )

Now you can search for 1 in this calc field and omit.

Define a calculation field (result is Text) =

Containerfield

and do the search there.
