October 4, 200124 yr Newbies Hello Everyone, I just have a quick question. If you could post your peak transactions from your FileMaker Pro Server. We have a client who is running 5.0 server and is hitting a peak of 32,767 transactions. I am trying to find out how ridiculous this is. Thank you for your help in this matter. They are having Coffee Cup issues. They have about 12 databases that were created by an in house developer. They are running 5.5 clients and have about 25 people connecting to them. It is pretty random as to when the coffee cups occur, I have spent a day with the users and have written up an extensive report, I was just curious as to what peoples transactions are. -Ben [ October 04, 2001: Message edited by: BenatCCI ]

November 16, 200124 yr Newbies We have 60 databases, 40 users, Max transactions 3,500. This only happens when a clinet which is also on the server machine runs a very intense aln long script which processes a lot of data. While this is running there is no apparent degradation of service to other users.

March 5, 200322 yr We have a client who is running 5.0 server and is hitting a peak of 32,767 transactions. I am trying to find out how ridiculous this is. They are having Coffee Cup issues. It is pretty random as to when the coffee cups occur... I see that exact same peak number. I also see that many other people see that number. It seem to be a bug in the transaction display. Are you running OS X? The coffee cup appears when scheduled back ups occcur.
