EllenG Posted August 19, 2009 Posted August 19, 2009 Is there a way to script the Open Tab Control box? I am using fake buttons to control my tab navigation and have my tabs set to zero pixels. Works fine in Browse mode, but very hard to find and open tab control in layout mode. Since the default tab is always returned when I go to layout mode, how do I get to the other tabs while in layout mode? Now, I have to "hunt and peck" around where the tab border is to find the panel. I don't see a script step to open tab control, but figure there must be a way??
mr_vodka Posted August 19, 2009 Posted August 19, 2009 You can use the tab button to tab over to your tab control. Then you can temporarily change the settings to a full justification instead of left. After everything has been modified, just put the justification back to left.
EllenG Posted August 19, 2009 Author Posted August 19, 2009 That's pretty much what I'm doing; thought there might be an easier way then to have to keep changing the tab settings... LOL!!
comment Posted August 19, 2009 Posted August 19, 2009 If you need to edit the tab control that often, perhaps you should use an older method to disable the tabs: http://fmforums.com/forum/showtopic.php?tid/193775/post/283722/#283722
