Is there a way to show multiple records in 1 portal on a single layout from multiple tables.?

Yes if the tables are related - you can "look through" the joining table to data in other tables at the other end of the relationship

Thanks for the quick response. As I look thru, if the last table has multiple records can they be listed as well?
