Font takes over layout

Featured Replies

I thought I had this figured out.

I have a Layout that is supposed to be in a certain font. So when I created the layout, I configured the field to be a certain font and size.

This was working perfectly for 95% of my records.

But for some reason, several records are coming in as a different font. I can't determine why.

How is the record's Font superceding the field's set font.

Any ideas?

Although you have specified a font for fields on the layout, if the data was entered and subsequently had the font changed then that will take precedence.

Have a look at TextRemoveFormat to sort out the problem with the existing data.
