Password to a button field

Hi everybody,

I'm a new filemaker user, I would like to ask your help, I have a "Delete button" and I want to protect using a password so that if anyone will use the data base can't delete any of my file how can I do that?.

You can do this with Manage >> Accounts and Privileges
