September 29, 200916 yr I’ve probably caused this problem myself. I have a Layout based on global field that hold a Yes value. I have a Portal on this layout that show records that have been selected in another layout by clicking on a Checkbox. The relationship is on these two fields. Now, it works. A user can select records by clicking the Checkbox and then go to another Layout that show just the they have selected records. Problem is, it only works in Portal. I need to print out this list and cannot seem to find a way to do it. I thought I would be able to create a Table Occurrence that would just show the selected records, by I get the full Table showing. Can someone offer some advice?
September 29, 200916 yr Do your report not from the related table but go to the table or t/o that contains the 'yes' data, perform a find to get your found set and do your report from there P
September 30, 200916 yr Author Thanks Phil. All works, but I was thinking that if I related records on a yes/no field, I would only get those matching records in the recordset.
