IIS Server Console does not work

I installed FileMaker Server 5 on Win 2000 Server SP2 and I can't seem to get anything on the right pane of the server console to work.(ie. Guests, Admin, Database hosting, Task Scheduler) However, FileMaker server is functioning just fine and I can admin thru the command prompt. Can someone shed some light?

I had that happen to me the first time I installed the software on a Windows NT 4.0 Server. Those items did not show up correctly until I rebooted the server. (If I remember correctly the installation does not ask for the server to be restarted)

Hopefully it's something that simple for you.
