Is there a way to duplicate the contents of a tab?

I have a series of 12 tabbed layouts that essentially hold the same information but with small variation.

I would like to minimize the visual differences between what you see on one tab vs what you see on another.

Any ideas how to do this economically?

I might not be understanding ... if you select a tab panel and ctrl-C to copy it, it also copies all objects within it so you can ctrl-p to paste it elsewhere.
