Jenna Posted December 18, 2009 Posted December 18, 2009 Hi, Is there a way to adjust the height of the rows in Table View? It's easy to adjust column width, but I can't find a way to adjust row height. With my previous databases, this hasn't been a problem, but for some reason with this database, the rows are very tall (the text is at the very top and the rest is empty space). Why would this be? Is there a way to correct it? Thanks!
Lee Smith Posted December 18, 2009 Posted December 18, 2009 Row hight is adjusted to the largest font size on the layout. In other words, it sounds like you have a miss-mash of text sizes in your layout.
comment Posted December 18, 2009 Posted December 18, 2009 In Layout mode, select Layouts > Layout Setup… > Views > Table View Properties… > Rows
Jenna Posted December 18, 2009 Author Posted December 18, 2009 Thank you! I did have mixed text sizes on the layout, but I didn't think it was a problem because all the edit boxes contained the same size text. The large text was an ornamental title that wasn't in the "header" section. I moved it to the header section, and that fixed everything. Thanks again!
Jenna Posted December 18, 2009 Author Posted December 18, 2009 Thanks! I solved the problem by moving text around, but this is very good to know.
