Hello I have to make a basic connection of sharing a solution, I'm working with FM Pro 9 advanced, I just have the host I shared already my file in the host machine and I want to open with another machine connected with no wired network card, the two computers are connected to the internet cable modem.

The server of the shared file doesn't show with the open remote, any help???

do I need to make a avaliable a network in the two computers or just the computer that is the host???

File > Sharing > FileMaker Network

Turn sharing ON

Select the file on the open files list, then GRANT ACCESS to All users and UNCHECK "Don't display in Open Remote File dialog"
