Hi, our job sheet has a Job_number field which is incremented by 1 every time a new job is added.

We have 2 buttons "provisional" and "Confirmed"

The boss want the Job_number field to be blank (I.E. no job number assigned) unless you push either the "provisional" or "confirmed" button.

Of course the job number would have to be incremented by 1 on the next record.

any ideas?
