I have a list layout for printing with a header,a body and a footer. Now I would like to duplicate the layout and ad a Fax cover page for faxing. I tried extending the header part down to add the fax cover above the other information. But it won't except the header being larger than the first page. Then I added a Title header for the fax cover and the moment I add the tittle header part my header no longer prints.

What am I missing?:??????

Make the Title Header as tall as one page, then resize your Header to the desired size. The Title Header will serve as the fax cover sheet.

On the first page, the title header replaces the normal header. Both are never printed.

The "leading grand summary" part can be useful sometimes.
