Are tools available to scan, etc. a FM Solution and alert you of problems and potential weaknesses? I made a minor change to a field that effected a script that resulted in shutting the db down and stopping work.

The Database Design Report (DDR) can help you identify how different elements are used in your solution.

Inspector by FMNexus does a real good job of making the DDR easier to use.
