Viewing all list items from within a portal when printing

Hi, This is my first post, I can't find a related discussion on what I want to find out.

I am creating a layout for a Purchase Order. I have created a portal on this layout that relates to another table, called Purchase Order List Items. I want to use the portal to list the items we want to order. I have created a relationship between them that allows the creation of a new record in the Purchase Order List Items table when an item is added to the portal on the Purchase Order table.

I have set the portal up so that it has only 2 rows, however sometimes we will want to add more than 2 items.

Whenever I have added more than 2 items and gone to print the Purchase Order, only the 2 top items on the list are visible.

Is there a way that I can set the portal to extend itself when I add an item, or create a button/script that will add another row?

There are other fields below the portal that I would like to remain underneath the last item listed.

I hope this is enough information, I'd appreciate any help/advise you can give me,

Best Regards,

Ruby
