krmullins Posted March 26, 2010 Posted March 26, 2010 I would like to create a script that would grab the record ID of all the records that have a checkbox field set put that into a variable and then set the contents of the variable to a field in a new record. There are times when it would be one record but others when it would be two or more. My thought is the end result will be a field with values separated by a return. The checkbox field is either a 1 or blank. Thanks for any assistance. Kevin
