I am making a database for work and trying to exclude records from a report. I used the starter database “Inventory”. I have a field named “In_Out” and when a card is put into inventory, this field is set with the number “1”. And when it is taking out of inventory this field is set with the number “3”. I use this field to filter the portals Cards In and Cards Out. This works just fine. My problem is when running the report “ View Inventory Report” I have not been able to exclude the cards that have been taken out of inventory. Any suggestions that would point in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.
