I want to use a Web Viewer to Populate a shipping page on UPS. I've done a tracking page, but this seems a little more complicated.

I don't know the UPS website, but as I understand the challenge, you want to populate a form with data from FileMaker?

There are plugins on the market that can do that for you, like the 360 Works WebService plugin: http://www.360works.com/url-plugin/
