i cant see portal records

Hello, im making a purchase order database, everything was ok until i tried to make the reports.

when i try to make the purchase order report i put the portal rows on the body part and it shows me only the first record not all the items of the order. '

do i am making something wrong ? some advises?

If the fields within the first row are too short within the portal often you only get 1 row. Resize the field heights to match the first portal row height, perhaps by setting the portal rows to 1, then expanding to what you want.

Two things I would mention, Maurice ...

1) If a field is placed a bit too high in a portal, it will only display one value. Try moving the entire field down.

2) If you are attempting to produce the report from the Purchase Orders table and you want to show your lineitems and you are using table view, portals will not display all child records, but only the first child record (according to the relationship sort or the natural creation order if unsorted). If you are trying to produce a report with the lineItems displayed, I suggest you do so from the lineitems table.
