I tried to search for this but couldn't find anything. If I'm in list view and my names are sorted by last name is there a way I can have an alphabet at the top of my list and by clicking on any letter go to the first last name that begins with that letter. I don't want to perform a find on everyone that begins with a certain letter, I just want to go to the first record that begins with it.

This works perfectly, thank God for google searching. I would like to ask one more thing though. Is there a way to scroll to the record that has been selected by clicking the letter so that the record appears at the top line in the list?
