Preview with header parts always prints 2 pages

I've created a layout that contains a header and body. Whenever I go into preview mode the layout always says that there are two pages even though the second page only contains header information. How do I fix this so that if the user prints it only prints the page with the relevant information?

Make sure that the body part is less than one page long

Ah, the layout was a pre-existing layout and it was set to fixed page margins, that's why. Thanks!
