David Wikström Posted July 2, 2010 Posted July 2, 2010 I get this error message from FTPeek: Jul 1, 2010 8:44:28 AM com.prosc.fmkit.Plugin setLastError SEVERE: PluginFunction PluginFunction{name='FTPeek_DownloadFileToContainer', functionID=-25492, minArgs=null, maxArgs=1} got an error with converted args [/bIN/20100613060000/9781423604563_int.pdf] Anybody know more precisely what this means?
bcooney Posted July 2, 2010 Posted July 2, 2010 No. 360 checks in here often. How about the download file function? You can dl to temporary and then insert into container (field must be on layout).
David Wikström Posted July 2, 2010 Author Posted July 2, 2010 Hi, I'm not sure how that would change anything? But it might be worth a try in case the download into container for some reason is over-sensitive.
Smef Posted July 2, 2010 Posted July 2, 2010 Could you please post your full error log or email it to me at [email protected]?
David Wikström Posted July 5, 2010 Author Posted July 5, 2010 Hi David, Thanks for your reply. I've sent you the full log by e-mail.
bcooney Posted July 8, 2010 Posted July 8, 2010 Back from vacation, and very interested to know what happened with this, David.
David Wikström Posted July 8, 2010 Author Posted July 8, 2010 I sent the file but never heard back from 360Works...
bcooney Posted July 8, 2010 Posted July 8, 2010 Well, big vacation week in USA. Perhaps, they're away. To answer your above comment, yes, I was thinking Download to Container was more sensitive. Grasping at straws then. I'll stay tuned for an response from 360works too...
Smef Posted July 8, 2010 Posted July 8, 2010 We've received your email, but are still looking into what is causing this. I'll let you know as soon as I have an answer for you.
David Wikström Posted July 20, 2010 Author Posted July 20, 2010 Still no news... I've e-mail a new log files with some other surprising error messages: WARNING: No result in main thread main for PluginFunction{name='FTPeek_LastError', functionID=22660, minArgs=null, maxArgs=0}. All plugin functions should always return a result!!!
Smef Posted August 25, 2010 Posted August 25, 2010 Are you still having this issue? It looks like you were communicating with Jesse through email about this issue. Those messages about returning a result are for our internal use and can be ignored.
David Wikström Posted August 27, 2010 Author Posted August 27, 2010 Yes, my issue is basically solved. It would be nice to have some documentation on the error logs, though!
bcooney Posted August 27, 2010 Posted August 27, 2010 David, Can you post what the resolution was? We abandoned FTPeek in our project because it seemed to choke on large files.
