How do I write a script to run every Monday morning?

I have had a look at Install OnTimer Script and notice that is calculates in second(s) intervals to make use of it.

I want to write a script (like a cron job) to enable a particular (existing) script to run every Monday morning at one minute past midnight. (not every seven days, but specifically Monday 00:01:00).

Can you help me with this please?

How about using iCal to schedule it?

Is the file on FileMaker Server?

I was just doing a search for this exact same issue. I want to send an email reminder to my team once a week if there are work requests in my system over 30 days old. Got that part done no problem, but I cannot figure out how to "schedule" with FileMaker. I only want to send once a week otherwise I will be "naggy" instead of "efficient." :)

We have FileMaker server, but have not yet installed. Is that my answer somehow? I'll push to get it done if you can confirm. Thanks!

I want to automate so I don't have to "remember" to send it and if I'm gone, they will still be reminded.

Yes, FileMaker Server is the answer. It is always running; individual FileMaker apps are not. You can create schedules in FileMaker Server.
