Is somehow possible to bind multiple dropdowns to drop-down simultaneously? Or 1 dropdown with repetitive fields?

My goal is make simple layout with just a few rows of dropdowns which consist of 3 fields.

row1: |Dropdown1|Dropdown2|Dropdown3|

:

rowN: |Dropdown6|Dropdown7|Dropdown8|

And if user tries edit any of dropdown in one row the others DP will rollout too.

No. However you might be able to approximate what you want using portals. I can't offer much more because I don't know what problem you're trying to solve.
