Some PC scripts queries

Im a mac user but need to modify a script to allow for PC users.

1.I wish to save a report as a PDF using a field content as the file name.

2.User will decide where to save.

3.Wish to copy a duplicate PDF to fixed location on a server.

As for #3, I don't understand the question.
