is there anyway to import and exporting custom menu from database to other

in advanced version we can make runtime without admin account, Is it possible to make fm database without admin accounts, if yes can anyone pls tell us how

There is a checkbox in the Tools, Developer Utilities, Solution Options, to [x] Remove admin access from files permanently. It is right below the [x] Create Runtime one.
