Hi.

This is a big question, and I'm not sure where to start - despite numerous searches on the web.

I have a package that is almost ready to be distributed to companies/users in that induftry that could use it. I would be looking for a company that does the technical support, hosting (etc) for it as I cannot see myself havig time to answer all questions - although happy to work on updates and enhancements.

I understand there would be fees involved.

Does anybody here (or out there) do this sort of thing specifically for Filemaker?

I think most people in this situation would hire an assistant for technical support on the phone, and handle email yourself.

As for hosting, I you don't already have a web presence, then use someone who advertises on FMForums!

I dont see the actual hosting as the problem, but more the outsourcing of the technical support, managing the licensing etc.
