Server side script triggers

Hello,

I was wondering if it's possible to have a server side script trigger (say I let users access via IWP , and one of them updates a record, then i want my server to send me an email notification.) Is this possible?

IWP supports Send Mail script. You can script it such that when users save the update or create a new record, send an email
