Is there a way to have more than 3 choices in Custom Dialog? I can use buttons, but only 3 choices are allowed. Is there a way to use a drop down picklist?

No.

You can give yourself more flexibility in dialogs using a FileMaker plug-in providing dialog capability or by using a dedicated FileMaker Layout containing all of the elements you need.

A FileMaker Layout opened in a new Window lets you control the size and position while at the same time provides you much more display and data entry options in the dialog.

I would highy recommend using SimpleDialog from 24U Software. Ther plug-in is highly customizable. I use it to provide feedback dialogs, notifications, forms, etc.
