tomp Posted December 22, 2010 Share Posted December 22, 2010 One of my clients is experiencing difficulties sending email through Thunderbird. This is what happens: "Regular email is working fine but thru RM a box opens that says file maker pro has stopped working - click 'switch to' to correct problem. Do that and then again says file maker stopped working - windows looking for solution. Then after a while says windows will close program and shuts down RM." ('RM' is the runtime solution trying to send mail) Are there issues with Thunderbird and FileMaker? Can anyone offer any suggestions?) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

tomp Posted December 24, 2010 Author Share Posted December 24, 2010 My client advises me that Microsoft Outlook does not work with their satellite internet service, and now Thunderbird doesn't work with FM.
