Buttons stopped working

The "Insert quotation" and "Insert code snippet" buttons no longer work in Fast Reply. I thought it had something to do with the snow - but the snow has stopped and the buttons still don't work.

ok you found a bug - i have disabled an add-on module and it seems to be working
