Lean against what? Against following Todd's advice? Against doing any kind of order processing solution?

Note that Erik did not even ask for an inventory feature.

I am just trying to see any solutions that have already been created in filemaker with order tracking, product inventory, and invoicing and was wondering if there are any out there that i could see to use as examples to build from.

It is the Invoices template that came with your copy of FileMaker.
