The attached screen shot should be clear enough.

Client: OS X 10.6.5 on Mac Mini

Server: FMS 9.0.3.326 on OS X 10.5.x (not sure)

Until last week I was running 10.4.11 on eMac and never had any admin console errors. I have been updating the server for over 18 months. Now I have a Mac Mini and I can no longer run admin console satisfactorily. The attached error message occurs if I try to select Clients/Databases/Schedules or Statistics, but I CAN access the Configuration settings.

I have wiped out all the Java caches and plist files to no avail. Even a virgin boot into 10.6.3 yields the same problem.

At present I cannot upload a file, close a file or remove a file - any one got any ideas?

Many thanks in advance.

Update:

Win XP Pro running also fails in the same way.

FMS 10 appears okay with client 10.6.5.

Did Oracle break Java, or is the FMS console incompatible?

Win XP Pro running also fails in the same way.

Do you mean running the console from a remote XP client?

When you are on the FMS machine itself, does the fmsadmin command line give you any errors?

Does a reboot of the machine or restarting the underlying FMS daemons help at all? If no on this question then it must be a java thing on the server.
