Display chart depending on if user has FMP11 or not

Hello

I would like to display a layout with a bar chart within my runtime solution via a button if the user happens to have a full version of FMP11 or higher but prevents the user from going to the chart page if they do not have a full version of FMP11 or higher. Since you can't display charts within a runtime package.

What command determines if the user is running a runtime version or not?
