Error 130

I'm not finding much on the Error - 130. I'm trying to export a set of records to an xlsx (also tried xls) file but each time I get the 130 error (Files are damaged or missing and must be reinstalled)

Is this because I don't actually have excel and only have Open Office? My question is, Do I need to reinstall FM or Excel?

If you have any words of wisdom, they are much appreciated.

You do NOT need to have Excel in order to export records as Excel workbook.

If you are on a Mac it is because Rosetta is discontinued on the latest OS and FM requires it.
