Creating a FileMaker outliner

Does anyone know how I can create an outliner in FileMaker? I'm still using an ancient version FileMaker 7 so seeing if there is something I can utilize with this.

An outliner where there are headings, then you click on a heading and subheadings appear under it. Often used in task management.
