Hi, Can anyone advise how I should create a modified history relationship field ?

My database as a "modified date" field which updates whenever an admin changes a records.

I would like to be able to create a field which records and shows the history of these date changes. Is this possible?

I know if it is yours the guys to tell me how to go about it!!
