Wirelessmac Posted February 14, 2011 Posted February 14, 2011 It seems that every time I open DocuBin it wants to update my 360 plugins. Once should be enough right? How do I stop this?
Smef Posted February 14, 2011 Posted February 14, 2011 It sounds like you may have older versions of some of our plugins installed, which had an issue with auto-update. You can remove them from your auto-update folder manually, or you can go to http://360works.com/remove-plugins/ to have our web applet remove them for you. After you do this your plugins should be downloaded one more time, and you should be good from then on out. Also, make sure that you do not have any of the plugins installed to the .../FileMaker/Extensions/ directory, as they will cause conflicts with plugins installed in the auto-update directory and won't be updated by auto-update.

When I go to ttp://360works.com/remove-plugins/ and click the remove button it tells me that no plugins were found. Do you mean the auto update folder on my server?
Smef Posted February 15, 2011 Posted February 15, 2011 You should not need to make a change on your server. Docubin downloads plugins from us directly, but if you have older versions on your server which your other databases are installing then you will need to update your server as well. Check and make sure that you do not have plugins installed into your FileMaker/Extensions directory, as that could be causing a conflict. Launch FileMaker, but do not open any databases. You should have no plugins in your plugins list. If you do have plugins, quit filemaker, remove them from your auto-update and your extensions directory, and then restart filemaker and check again.
Reid Posted August 12, 2013 Posted August 12, 2013 The URL is no longer valid for the remove plugin link. Can you give an updated one?
