I have two files, one helicopter database, and one registration database linked by a helicopter ID. I would like to regroup all registrations having the same helicopter ID in one single repeating field in the database helicopter. the field storing registration is a text field, the helicopter ID is a calculation (concatenate of three other text fields) Any help will be very much appreciated, for both the teaching and the solution. regards Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Why not use a portal instead? the helicopter ID is a calculation (concatenate of three other text fields) That's something you should re-examine, IMHO.
