Im trying to save and Excel document in a container field as an PDF so i can append multiple documents into one file. Is this at all possible?

Not sure what you mean by "append multiple documents into one file." If you're thinking that you can use Save As PDF with Append to add to an existing PDF, then sorry, you cannot. However, using ScriptMaster and iText, you can write scripts to merge existing PDFs.
