I have a FMServer in NT. How shared the all files off one folder and its subfolder?

Make shortcuts to all the required databases and stick them in a folder in the Filemaker Server folder. This way Filemaker Server will open all of the files via the shortcuts, but you can have the actual files organizaed however and whereever you want.
