Featured Replies

i have a friend in france whom i designed a database for. she just switched from an hp inkjet to a brother 1030. now none of her invoices or reports print - just blank pages except sometimes on some of them she gets part of the bottom line.

any thoughts on this?

much appreciated,

nati

is you friend able to print from a freshly created NEW database?

if yes, suggest she manually reset the page setup for all print layouts.

I have exactly the same problem. I have a database hosted on a server and on Macs everything prints out fine, but on PC running XP and printing to a Brother HL-147 ON, all it prints is blank pages, sometime, just printing the footer!! If anyone could help and shed some light on this, I would be most grateful!!

regards,

Melanie

Can you change the print settings when printing? If so, make sure no one's changed it to 'Blank record, showing fields', etc. I had a user just this morning who was confused because she changed it to print all scripts and had no idea why her layouts weren't printing. shocked.gif

I'm having a similar problem, since I switched to Windows XP, but printing to a networked HP Inkjet printer. I'm beginning to think that XP is the problem!
