Printing on some printers but not all

Featured Replies

I helped a user create an application for quotes. The layout that I created printed out fine on my Brother 730 printer and also on his HP Laser. Upon delivery to the customer for a demonstration, the app would only print the information contained in the footer of the layout. They had installed a network connected Brother 1200 or 1100 printer (not sure of the model #) To see if it was the driver, I had the person add a new printer on the machine hosting the brother printer and select the driver for a HP Laserjet II, then go back to the client machine and map to the newly added printer and see if it would print the entire layout.

Any thoughts as to why this would print on 2 different printers and not at the clients printer? Is my solution acceptable if it prints ok?

Thanks
