A couple of suggstions:

Does the bar appear when you print from other programs? If it does, the printer may be faulty.

Does the bar appear when you output to a different printer? If it does, it's an FMP problem.

Check the layout carefully for little "extra" lines or rectangles (perform a "select all" command and see what gets selected). The extra bits may be invisible in Browse mode but appear when printing.

Is your copy of FMP at the latest patch level? visit http://www.filemaker.com and look for the updaters.

Ditto for your printer's driver software and the computer's operating system, if none of the above help.

When I'm printing in Filemaker Pro, I have a gray bar on the sheet. Can someone help me about that?! I don't see this bar when a check a preview on screen. Somebody has an idea about this problem???
