I have a database with email addresses in it and I am trying to search for specific words found within the address without success.

Example: [email protected] and [email protected]

I will like to find all email addresses that have "ox" in them. Seems simple enough, but no success.

Tried: \.ox\. "ox" \."ox"\. \.ox ox\. .ox ".ox" \".ox" "ox.ac" ox ox.ac and several others. The only result I could get by searching "ox" was if "ox" was the first word or a part of the first word after the @ symbol.

Searching "biotech.ox" works, but I am trying to find addresses with "ox" that are not restricted to "biotech".

I even tried creating another field that only contained the email text after the @ symbol and search in it, but that does not work either.

Can any one offer some creative thinking on this one?

Thanks, that did the trick. Must have scanned the pages in the manual too quickly as I missed this. :D
