Check boxes in Portals

Does anyone know if it's possible to show checkboxes within a portal on a web page? I'm using FM 4.0 and Home Page to create the pages.

Anybody got any ideas on this?

Are you using custom web publishing or instant? I don;t think instant will be of much use here...

In custom, you don't really display portals like is done on an FMP layout. The related records display as a plain list. If you want to have some of them appear as checkboxes I don't see a problem.
