Hi all,

Is there any way to remove the Status Bar but still keep the Quikfind facility. I don't want people creating new records or deleting records from the Status toolbar but keeping Quickfind would be really usefull.

Two possibilities:

1. You keep the Status Bar, but disable 'Add' and 'Delete' commands, using Custom Menus.

2. You hide the Status Bar and recreate the Quickfind field with a global field and the 'Perform Quick Find' script step.
